1. Program Name and Sponsor
The Fraser For Congress Campaign Updates text messaging program is sponsored by Fraser For Congress ("Committee," "we," "us," or "our"), 511 E Walnut St. #1223, Columbia, MO 65205.
2. Program Description
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from the Committee. Messages may include campaign updates, election information, volunteer opportunities, event notices, surveys, voter engagement messages, and fundraising solicitations.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile service plan. The Committee does not charge a separate fee for the text messaging program.
5. Opt-Out
You may cancel at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further campaign text messages will be sent unless you opt in again. The system also recognizes END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT when supported by the messaging provider.

7. Consent
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of making a contribution, purchasing goods or services, volunteering, signing a petition, or otherwise interacting with the Committee. Your consent applies only to the Committee and the messaging program described at the point of opt-in.
8. Supported Carriers and Delivery
Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Mobile Number Responsibility
You represent that you are the account holder or customary user of the mobile number provided and are authorized to enroll that number. If you change or deactivate the number, please opt out or notify the Committee.
10. Privacy
Our collection and use of information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
11. Changes
We may modify or terminate the messaging program or these terms as permitted by law. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date.
