Analytics and Tracking

This website uses Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how visitors interact with our site and to measure the effectiveness of our outreach. These tools may use cookies and similar technologies. They do not sell your data. You may limit these technologies through your browser settings. We do not build advertising profiles on visitors or share browsing data for commercial purposes.

How We Use Information

We use information to communicate with you, provide campaign updates, respond to requests, organize volunteers and events, process or facilitate contributions through authorized vendors, send fundraising communications, improve our website and outreach, and comply with legal obligations.

Text Messaging and Mobile Information

When you affirmatively enroll in our text messaging program, we may send recurring messages concerning campaign updates, volunteer opportunities, events, elections, and fundraising. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that support delivery of the Committee's text messaging program and are prohibited from using that information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Form Data

If you submit a signup or volunteer form, the information you provide is used solely to contact you about the Fraser For Congress campaign. It will never be sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing purposes.

Donation Platforms

Donations processed through Anedot or WinRed are governed by those platforms' own privacy policies. Fraser For Congress does not receive or store your payment card information.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for campaign operations, legal compliance, and recordkeeping. Opt-out and suppression records are retained permanently.
